The course is designed for Managers and Supervisors who are seeking qualified training to further develop their leadership skills. Successful completion of this training course will see you gain a Statement of Attainment for the nationally accredited units of competencies:

Course Delivery

The course will have a 2 day clustered face-to-face classroom component combined with online work through our Moodle Learning Platform.

Certification

Learners must participate in the full two day classroom session and complete all assessment activities to a competent level to obtain a Statement of Attainment for both units. Assessments must be submitted within 12 months of completing the classroom component.
