Skills Strategies International has partnered with Southern Grampians Adult Education (RTO 20645) in delivering the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. This qualification is essential for people who wish to develop skills and knowledge to deliver nationally-accredited vocational training and assessment in a range of different organisations, including TAFE Colleges, private and enterprise-based registered training organisations (RTO’s). It is the minimum requirement for those who deliver vocational programs in secondary schools.
Skills Strategies International delivers a dual qualification in workshop and webinar style. Streamline your approach to VET management and delivery, create efficient processes, maximise learner results with your delivery strategies and be recognised for your best practice.
The Training and Education Training package was updated in April 2016. The core units of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment were updated to include the TAEASS502 Design and development assessment tools and TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills (LNN) units of competency. To ensure the VET workforce has appropriate skills in designing and developing assessment tools and identifying and evaluating LLN requirements, Skills Ministers agreed to update the training and assessment credential requirements in line with the chances to the TAE Training Package.
The changes are outlined in the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s) 2015.
