Overview
This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in a wide range of general information and communications technology (ICT) technical functions and to achieve a degree of self-sufficiency as an advanced ICT user.

This course allows you to select an area of specialisation from the following ICT areas, including technical support, network administration, web technologies, software applications and digital media technologies.

This course will put you at the forefront of new technology and development with a qualification that will set you up with a career as an IT professional. You will increase your knowledge of industry-standard applications and learn about caring for hardware and more advanced features in operating systems, fault-finding, creating basic web pages and social media platforms with HTML
