Sandra has over 25 years' experience in the vocational education sector, predominantly in course development and providing consultancy services and professional development to practitioners.

Industry experience:

While I have worked at Woolworths and in the public sector at the Legal Aid Commission a significant part of my working life has been spent in the education sector as a teacher and later as a curriculum officer at the Education District Office.  I have worked as a VET teacher, VET coordinator and a district based Enterprise and Vocational Education Coordinator.  I have been director of Skills Strategies International since 1996.

I am currently being coached in Business Mastery through the Anthony Robbins Coaching Academy.  I have atttended Date with Destiny, Wealth Mastery, Unleash the Power Within and Business Mastery.  The exceptional skills I have learned and  though the Tony Robbins Academy are integrated into the processes and courses delivered through Skills Strategies International.

Something interesting:

I ride a Ducatti 696 and have two dalmations and two lorikeets. A couple of years ago I did a fire walk and that has made me wonder what else we can achieve that we think we can't.


My most recent inspiration is Tony Robbins and I will be attending another of his conferences soon.

I have been involved in teaching and training for over 23 years.
As a Mandurah local, Steve is keen to see Mandurah reach its potential as a tourist and holiday hub offering exceptional service to locals and visitors.
Industry experience:
Designed, developed and maintained the e-Learning system for the Water Corporation in partnership with Beyond Gardens. Has included establishment of platform, creation of resources, training of staff and supporting learners
Delivered the ‘e-Learning Startup’ program to a range of businesses in Western Australia. Included instruction on how to support learners, create resources and courses.

Shaanti has over twelve years experience working within a Registered Training Organisation environment, including developing and delivering training and assessment, implementing standards, policies and processes and managing compliance.

Industry experience:
Shaanti specialises in the facilitation and assessment of the Certificate IV and Diploma of Training and Education, Management and Business and Project Management Shaanti is known for her enthusiastic, engaging and fun training style and is also a qualified and passionate Instructional Intelligence and Tribes practitioner
Previous organisations i have worked for include Department of Child Protection, Bankwest, FESA RAC Driving Centre and Westfarmers.

Industry Experience:

I was a qualified Chartered Accountant in the UK and worked for over 15 years in the banking and finance industry. My role took me all over Europe and the US. I also qualified as an Advanced Motorcycle rider in the UK, and after migrating to Australia qualified as a national Certificate IV Motorcycle Instructor. I set up, managed and operated my own Motorcycle Training business for 10 years (training over 2,500 riders) before joining Skills Strategies International to develop my training skills in new areas.

Something interesting about me:

I have my own horse, Ember, and have been learning to play acoustic guitar

Valentino Rossi – 9 times MotoGP World Champion (possibly 10 this year?). The word “passion” is often used too lightly these days – but Valentino has a proper passion for motorcycle racing. As importantly, he clearly enjoys it and has a lot of fun – difficult when you are riding into a corner at over 200kms/h!

Cristy has more than two decades of industry experience working with people with disability and mental health.
She has contributed to establishing access and equality in community integration and employment situations. Cristy has a wide arrange of retail experience in finance, Telecommunications, IT and fashion.
Cristy is passionate about the delivery of quality training and contextualised learning. She has recently worked with learners changing career directions and companies improving customer relations.

Something Interesting:
When I was a young girl I performed on Appealathon. I am a closet singer with three kids, three cats and a missed call to be a pastry chef.

I have 40 years administrative experience in State and Commonwealth Government and
private enterprise in areas including HR, Accounts, Staff Training and Fraud prevention.

Something interesting about me:
I love working with details and problem solving.Enjoy working with and assisting staff and clients. I was a member of the Army Reserve for 17 years and achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant. Was involved in training soldiers in administration, payroll, drill, use of weapons and navigation. Assisted in the instruction of underwater diving skills.
